Discover Noughty's beautifully crafted Chenin/Chardonnay Still White Wine from South Africa. This exquisite blend features 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from dry-land farmed vineyards in the stunning Western Cape region. Fermented for 14 days at 14-15°C, the grapes are handled reductively to prevent oxidation and enhance their natural fruitiness. The wine is aged on its lees for two months, adding layers of complexity. Finally, it is dealcoholized using gentle spun cone technology, applied under vacuum and at low temperatures to preserve its distinctive body, color, and flavor.
