We're back with another introductory yoga class with Peter Sacco of BulldogFlowBoston! Pete is a 500 hour RYT and has taught yoga all over the Boston area and beyond for many years. Pete, who is in long-term recovery, believes strongly in the combined mental and physical benefits of yoga.
